Our Story
Mindful Culture is led by a collection of individuals that are impassioned educators of the combined healing power of IFS and mindfulness meditation, as we have personally experienced the transformational effects of a mindful IFS practice.
Our intention is to bring the defining concepts of IFS to communities where mindfulness meditation is practiced. Meditators may spend a significant amount of time in search of reduced stress, a better night’s sleep, and less mental turmoil. IFS creates an expeditious path to calm, serenity, connectedness, and clarity.
Through a mindful IFS meditation practice, we connect with our authentic Self, which develops a deep and meaningful relationship with the many aspects (or “parts”) of ourselves. We learn to engage with our internal family of parts from a space of curiosity, openness, and compassion, bringing more serenity and harmony within us. By combining mindful meditation and IFS, we become Self-led, which helps us to remain calm and balanced as we navigate life’s ferocious storms that come and go.
As more people incorporate a mindful IFS practice, they can allow their open-hearted, compassionate Self to lead the way, building stronger and more compassionate communities that are centered on kindness, empathy, and togetherness.
We celebrate the rapidly growing IFS movement, which has its roots in the discovery of an easily accessible, powerful, and healing presence within, that brings inner healing and holistic wellness. As Mindful Culture joins in this far-reaching movement, we help to guide meditators on their journey toward Self leadership.
Mindful Culture provides online courses and retreats on mindfulness meditation and IFS, with an affordable cost structure and available scholarships for those experiencing financial hardship.
Courses and retreats will eventually be available in-person in a community near you.
